Even though I didn't charge the car during the second half of the last power hour (I pulled the plug after the first couple of minutes in the first half hour because I was unsure what we'd be billed) the Octopus bill shows we were still on 7p/kWh.

I’m pretty sure vanilla OG can fill their boots with their house load.
You're correct it's IOG and IOF for car charging only.

My timing is prefect as usual. We have a Free Hour this PM but my Wifi has crashed between the PC and the Luxpower. It went down last Monday and changing both ends of the link, 100mts, has made no difference. It won't let me in via the Wifi Dongle and it was set to charge to 40% overnight before it went Tits up, and still is as I can't change the B**y thing. I'm currently waiting for an expensive engineer to sort it.

Blast! I forgot about it... but I shall get half some of the benefit...
It would have been useful too, as it's grey here and a top-up before 4pm will be needed.

Sorry to hear that AE M, we managed to use around 3.5kWh more than usual here so not masses but helpful.

Well, I got a useful boost, but I'm still kicking myself. At least the sun has come out for a bit just now, so some of my export is coming directly off the roof and saving a bit of battery.
Hope your skies cheer up, I guess the trouble is that May and June have spoiled us!

So I charged the Tesla at 2.4 kWh on a schedule and paused the batteries. Small house load over the car charging rate when the solar improved slightly.
First half use was 0.72 kWh 2nd half was 1.72kwh.
Let’s see what happens on the credit.

11 x 460w Solar panels
Two 9.5kWh GivEnergy Batteries
EVs x 4 240 kWh Batteries
