It was one of the first decent Hybrid inverters installed at huge scale in the UK. Therefore there are loads of them coming up for cheap as people upgrade their systems. The ME200SP can be programmed and has a decent following from people prepared to write their own software.

I've had one from new, that is several years old now, and it really works well. Got a couple of second hand units recently. One is going to be a 'spare' just in case I need it, and the other I'm planning to wire up as per Tinbum's instructions so I can double my output from batteries.

It was great to meet you in person. Thank you for the hospitality and the tour of your setup.
I'm sorry I couldn't stay long enough to see the ME3000SP actually charging and discharging but glad you get a permanent fix sorted.

My turn today to pick up a me3000-sp bargain. £150 on gumtree , came with back plate, 2 ct coils, and WiFi adapter, it was nice and clean too. 2hr drive though each way - but a nice day out and only £4 charge for 170 mile round trip in the Enyaq

Will be daisy chained to my existing one

I have 2 of these for sale. They came from my working setup when I upgraded to Sunny Islands. I have kept one running for when I need to charge at greater than 18kW (!) during the overnight slot.

Installed in August 2020, removed from service November 2022. SWMBO has been nagging me to get rid of them.

They are complete with all the bits and bobs:

Mounting bracket
2x CTs
Battery temp probe
CAN cable for connecting to batteries.
Wifi dongle
Manuals as supplied.
All the connectors.
All the covers, and all the screws.
Crimps, ferrules etc as supplied.

They are both running firmware 3.40.

I have inspected the inside of both and there is no evidence of heat damage.

For forum members, I will accept £200 and ship within the UK for free. After a couple of weeks I will list on eBay if they have not found new homes. Can also be collected from South Manchester.
