Hi. just an update to say thanks for all the advice received, Stinsy and Countrypaul. I duly purchased an Eddi and having originally intended installing it in the airing cupboard, discovered there was insufficient room so mounted it close to the consumer unit in the adjoining garage. Considering the lump of a heat sink attached, it might turn out to be the better option, rather than the confines of a heated cupboard!
I also purchased a Hub which has successfully paired with both and I've even set the EV as priority. At least I think I have.
Just have to make room on my phone for the app which should allow me to manipulate settings etc from it.
Thanks again both, should have fitted one at the outset. :)
