Pescador con Marlin, Marina in Arrecife, Lanzarote. Think it was inspired by Old Man and the Sea, Hemingway.
A lot of the roundabouts have sculptures - think a trend started by Cesar Manrique, a local artist/contemporary of Picasso, who was the influence for the development of Lanzarote, giving it a different ‘feel’ to the rest of the islands.
The tall building/Hotel you can probably see looking into Arrecife, Nowty, was/is hated by locals because of its height and its deviation from Manrique’s vision.
