I noticed them going up when I was looking a few months back. All the cheapest £/kWp panels were out of stock and selling fast. 25p+VAT per kWp was nolonger the going rate, 35-40p/kWh was more like it (+Vat and delivery).

I assumed it was temporary due to the surge in energy prices and shipping delays, more about availability of the cheapest panels rather than actual price rises.
12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
6x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (14.4kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger

With freight costs over seven times their recent average, at the peak in shipping costs, that's got to have a big impact.

However, that seems to be abating. Currently 'only' six times the recent average. Shipping being so cyclical, I hope this will keep falling, increasingly rapidly.
