UK car parts giant Unipart may shift investment to US

Crikeys, not only are we trailing behind most developed countries when it comes to roll out of PV and ASHP's it would appear that UK industry and investment is also being attracted abroad by incentives in the US and Europe. It would appear the chancellor is waiting to see the outcome before making any decision!
