Janus video has been on u-toob for about 10 months.
Might have seen it reported elsewhere, too. Like ‘Fully Charged’?
Here it is:

Hiya Dan. I've been following Janus for some time and they seem to have a great product / idea with repowering old(er) diesel trucks.
This article, and your thread title are really important as I was always a tad baffled as to why they went for battery swapping, rather than just recharging at the multiple stations.
But I watched a Fully Charged Vid a while back, and when they pointed out these 'beasts' were certified for 150tn loads, I quickly realised why swapping was a good idea, as I assume that they'll be stopping more often. Horses for courses, and great to see yet another area being catered for.
The Vid is worth a watch as I was so, so impressed with the quality of information that the Janus team were giving. They seem to be incredibly knowlegeable and professional.
[Doh! Oliver beat me to it. ]

I had seen the Fully Charged video about Janus, definitely love the way they're repowering existing HGVs.
But the towing 3 trailers for a 150 ton load was new to me! That's an enormous payload.

I hope they do well, they deserve to. It certainly seems well thought-through.
A websearch pulled up a headline that 10 Australian companies are developing electric trucks... Any chance that the perversity of "the market" won't see off the best?
