Joe why not be our " man on the street reporter to get some salient detail before they scurry off.
Ask them when they banned samsung phones due to fire risk from ole gus.

I anticipate a jobsworth response from staff then they'll run, run & avoid the guy in sleeper cabin "x" rest of the journey.

No sleep then just dozing, that was my London commute.
Awful. thank goodness for downloads these days.
Guess you are in the dark glasses & earbuds for the trip.

If on an 80's riff, Hot tub time machine, followed by "Dirt" (on netflix) the Motley crue / Motley "lou" story.

Years on crewboats let's me sleep anywhere anytime. Looking forward to finding a greasy spoon in the am. Got caffeine tablets for the run up road but shouldn't need them!

Good breakfast on arrival; pick up car; begin road trip. Splash and dash at Gretna (or whatever the equivalent is), home in time for tea/supper/dinner, depending on what you call your meal round about 18-19:00.

The only problem I see is that you get distracted to take the scenic route to try the vehicle out.

Whatever - enjoy it and keep off the caffeine tabs. The excitement of the new drive will keep you awake.

Yeah, he's right, test out those car seats for an hours snooze in anticipation of other long runs, know its up to the job.

Fast charging & a kip, the term "power nap" finally comes good without the previous ostentatious connotations.

If anyone out there finds this thread and fancies an I5. The OTR price of the car would be £50,070. I paid £48,607.86. That's a 3% discount on a car that Hyundai retail dealers say won't be discounted. It has taken me from 5th January 22 to obtain this car. Hyundai dealers are quoting 7 months lead time depending on spec and current production at the factory. Without a doubt fleet dealers are the way to go! :)

Very nice lassie at fleet sales sent me this photo of the car this afternoon along with a general lookround video and a video of their testing autosummon on the car. Completely unasked for. This is beyond my expectation of service and by quite a margin
