On the run down to Glasgow we discussed the upcoming downstairs bathroom overhaul. The whole lot is coming out including the floor so even a chubber like me should be able to get under the floor to insulate what needs doing underfloor in rest of house.
Got my forever watch, traded in my old one against it. A 3 year wait but I've got it now and No1 son can inherit down the road. I hope the new owner enjoys my old one it as much as i did. Also placed an order quite spontaneously for an upgrade for swmbo. Will be coming back over in the van for a tour soon. Ireland is excellent!
