Seems that distinctive smell of "London air" is changing - ie. it's actually a bit less polluted than it used to be thank goodness.
Combination of ULEZ and a drive to switch taxis and buses to electric, plus the wider electrification of scooters/delivery and passenger vehicles must all be playing a part.
