Octopus Shape Shifters Agile

Octopus has launched an equivalent of the Agile tariff for Businesses.
I was aware that this was coming, but discussed with them at the time that we couldn't see how our own particular business could respond in a meaningful sense to so many price signal changes during the day - but that doesn't mean others couldn't.
