Great data! How much power is that in total going into batteries?

They are ALL charging now, roughly 750MW at the mo.

At Nowty Towers we have about 11kW coming in from the PV, 5kW is being exported, 4kW is charging the batteries and 2kW is running the house.

969 MW are now going into the UK grid batteries.

Unsurprisingly most battery farms are now dumping to the grid now we have reached peak period and the wholesale price is positive again.

That’s what they’re for I guess ! Better that than gas peaker plants
