So I got my inverter going, I got the shine link stick kit, of course I can't use it immediately.

It wants an installer code before I can register, so I tried to set myself up an installer code but it wants an invoice uploading - not sure my £150 ebay invoice will work.

Anyone found a way through this?

So it turns out you can upload an ebay invoice, put zero in the VAT registration field, random characters in the distributor contact details, and Growatt register you as an installer.

Guess the bosses want something that the workers who approve things aren't too bothered about!
