Hot weather peak

#1

Post by Stinsy »

Today has been glorious sunshine with very little wind, so I'm not surprised that I haven't seen 4kW because the panels must have been roasting hot, but I maxed out at 2700W-ish only 68% of my kWp!

How have you chaps fared?

3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
6x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (14.4kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger

(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)

Hot here on the south coast but we do have a little breeze, my main 4kW system peaked today at exactly 3kW.

But all systems (12kW) added together peaked at 6.8kW.
Earlier, I was running the water distiller and was heating the garden with a 1kW fan heater to avoid curtailment from the export limiter.

A rather meager 4.1kWp peak here today yet should produce around 18-20KWh total for the day. :)
Edit 20.09 kWh.
15kW PV SE, VI, HM, EN
42kWh LFPO4 storage
73kWh V2H EV
7kW ASHP
