3 bungalows came up for sale in my mothers road in the past month, all sold within a couple of weeks. Similar experience in my neck of the woods too, bungalows seem to be very sought after.

I have a feeling this was not supposed to be a dovetail joint but a square joint. But I miscut the first piece and somehow managed to cut the second piece to match the first irregular cut. ;)
